Refund Policy

All Sales Final
Because all Elevate Unity products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once your files have been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges as the digital content cannot be returned.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged but never received a delivery email (and we cannot resend successfully)
- The files delivered were corrupted or materially different from what was advertised
- A duplicate charge occurred for the same order
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at elevateunity1@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order email address and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Delivery Issues
If you did not receive your download email, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us at elevateunity1@gmail.com and we will resend your links promptly. Download links expire after 48 hours but we can always generate new ones for you.
