1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from elevateunity.store (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold on the Site are digital downloads. Upon successful payment you will receive an email containing time-limited download links (valid for 48 hours). It is your responsibility to download and save your files within that window. Contact us if you experience delivery issues and we will resend your links.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely at checkout. Elevate Unity does not store your card details. All prices are listed in USD. You authorise the full charge at the time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property & Licence

All content — including wallpapers, alarm sounds, video clips, guides, and branding — is owned by Elevate Unity and protected by copyright law. Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the files for your own private, non-commercial purposes unless the product description explicitly states otherwise (e.g. Creator Packs which include a limited commercial licence as described on the product page).

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of any file.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute purchased files in any form
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Site
• Impersonate Elevate Unity or misrepresent an association with us
